Fields at a glance

Status

The following statuses can be assigned to an action individually:

Status
Open
Ready
Paused
In progress
Review pending
Resolved
Discarded
Good to know: The status list currently isn't configurable. As an owner or editor of the team, you can view an issue's status history at any time under its changes.

Priority

You can set a priority per action: Low, Normal, or High. If none is selected, the action is created without a priority.

Responsible

The responsible person is accountable for the action overall and is notified about relevant events.

Editor

The editor is responsible for implementing the action and is also notified about relevant events.

Confidential

Confidentiality is set to Yes by default. In this case, the action is only visible to its creator and to the team's owners and editors. If confidentiality is set to No, all team members – including a guest – can see the action.

Good to know: A guest can see an action marked as confidential if they are its creator.

Due date

Here you can set a due date in DD.MM.YYYY format or select one using the date picker. By default, no due date is set. When the date is reached, the responsible person and editor are notified.

Resubmission

Here you can set a resubmission date in DD.MM.YYYY format or select one using the date picker. By default, no resubmission date is set. When the date is reached, the responsible person, editor, and reviewer are notified.

Review

If you set Review required to Yes, two additional fields appear:

  • Reviewer – you can also enter several users here
  • Review date – in DD.MM.YYYY format or via the date picker

When the review date is reached, the reviewers and the responsible person are notified.

Result

The action is created and can be found in the team under the given subject and an automatically generated issue ID.
